Harmony qigong the missing link in fertility self care

How do we heal ourselves and how do we create inner harmony? How can we help ourselves if the challenges of the fertility journey are taking its toll?

These are such big questions and there is so much information out there about how to lead the perfectly healthy life. How to reduce stress, reduce inflammation, calm our immune and nervous system, what to eat, how to think positively, what exercise to do. It can become overwhelming and confusing, with much disparate and contradictory information. Especially when we are trying to conceive.

For me healing starts with getting to know ourselves.

And a key principle is that we are energy, and we are in constant change (just like nature) and by tuning in with our own energy we can find our personal path to healing, balance and health.

This is why I think qigong is the missing link in fertility. It is different from any other self-care tool that I have ever come across. With a little practice, qigong takes you on a journey into yourself. Aligning the mind, the body and the breath, allowing you to tune into your own personal healing frequencies and connect to nature to make profound changes, plus it feels soooooo good.

In Harmony qigong we use delicious MOVING MEDITATIONS specifically designed to support you, where you are now, and to work on all of you to find harmony. With harmony we can cultivate your health and in turn support the cultivating of your fertility.

QIGONG MEANS ‘ENERGY CULTIVATION’

Qigong means 'energy cultivation' . It stems back thousands of years and has many different variations and branches, in the same way, yoga does, but it is different as it works as part of the complete system of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

Harmony qigong is born out of the ‘qigong for health’ branch and uses breath work and really simple movements, that I like to call moving meditations. These aim to support your health and wellbeing and by doing so will support your fertility too.

Much of my practice comes through my studies with the Shiatsu college, London, UK; a group of outstanding teachers and mentors.

This method is easy to learn and most people should be able to grasp the basic movements within a few sessions. However, mastering the subtleties and nuances will take considerably longer which makes it intriguing and exciting to practice regularly.

Ultimately, Harmony qigong is a self-care practice that improves your health through energy 'qi' cultivation and when we bring ourselves into harmony we start to also cultivate our fertility and reduce stress too.
