Everything is energy, and why this is important for fertility.

Scientists when considering the universe and nature’s most fundamental design initially started breaking everything down into smaller and smaller particles of physical matter such as atoms, electrons and protons but now scientific understanding is evolving and areas such as quantum physics are deliberating whether photons of light are actually particles or waves!

Which means scientist are now starting to discover what ancient philosophers, cultures and healers have known all along. It’s that physical matter may not really matter at all – it may not even exist, everything is made up of vibrations of energy of varying densities and frequencies and these energies are intelligent and always on the move.

This intelligent life force, QI, prana, vibration or whatever you would like to call it determines the flows creating the universe, the planets, the atmosphere, our skies, the earth, nature and us.

Our bodies and its workings, our thoughts, our emotions are all just different frequencies of vibrations flowing inside and all through every living object on the planet.

A good way to think about it is that the vibration of our cells determine its function, nature and character and can be considered an ecosystem in itself, a collection of cells make up a bigger ecosystem such as an organ or tissues,  which make up a bigger ecosystem for which we consider as ‘us’ and we live within the eco system of the our life, and the earth and then out much bigger, out to the universe.

This is really important to think about. If we are vibrating within and part of, an ever increasing in size - set of ecosystems then we are all connected through these vibrations.

For example, we can consider ourselves an individual wave but still part of a bigger ocean.

How we are vibrating effects the bigger eco system and the bigger eco system effects how the smaller ones vibrate too.

If everything is vibrational energy - everything influences everything else both outwards and inwards! It’s the ripple effect = Like putting our hand in still water we can create a ripple that expands out and influences the bigger mass of water.

Why does this matter?

Let’s take stress and anxiety for an example. Most of us throughout our lives have within our eco system a background vibration/noise (it can be distant) of fears and anxieties, almost sub conscious. When we are challenged by an event this stress energy becomes more pronounced and comes up to our mind and we get caught up in the grip of it. It is not background anymore but at the foreground of our vibrational energy, we become emotionally charged by the energy of stressful thinking  - our bodies tighten our minds feel fraught, our hearts beat faster – we are vibrating at the level of stress.   Stress energy is very strong and needs to be fuelled.  It wants more of the same so it seeks it - Literally FOOD FOR THOUGHT it’s like we get addicted to the stress of it all and start drawing more of this stress energy in from the outer eco systems (what I mean is that when we feel stressed we see things as more stressful so they actually become more stressful)  and thus we start using our vital body resources to feed the stress from the smaller eco systems within us compromising our immune systems and depleting ourselves.

And when friends and support circles tell us not to be stressed it stresses us out even more, just trying not to be stressed!  Ahhhhhhh how unhelpful is that!

We are dialling ourselves up to become a stress vibration magnet. It’s a negative cycle of feeling and feeding the stressful thoughts and emotions, which further tighten our body and make us feel more stressed. We become trapped and stuck in the stress, cannot think clearly and keep thinking and feeling its negative energy

An example of this which I noticed when I was trying to conceive and many women who come into my clinic say. ‘Now I am trying to conceive I see pregnant people everywhere and everyone is getting pregnant, it’s so upsetting.

Whilst this might be something to do with the life stage the women are at, they don’t necessarily see more pregnant women – it’s that they are tuned into a new vibrational frequency.  There is a psychological term for this it’s called the ‘frequency illusion’ or Baader-Meinhof phenomenon.  For example, when we were teens we were walking around thinking about whether our hair looked rubbish or if that boy fancied us rather than whether we walked passed a pregnant person. We didn’t notice because we weren’t vibrating at that frequency – we hadn’t tuned into that frequency level.

Traditional Chinese Medicine has an efficient and proven framework to understand how this works with different emotions and how they affect different organs ecosystems but we discuss that in my programmes.

For now we need to understand that what we feel/ think has an effect on our bigger eco systems and also back into the smaller ones within us too. And what happens in these eco systems has an effect on how we feel and think.

And whilst that seems scary with the above example of stress, it’s also AN AMAZING THING!

The power of our energies! When we focus our energy with our mind it becomes amplified, WHEREVER THE MIND GOES THE ENERGY FOLLOWS, and through moving meditations we can use our bodies to help create a positive flow of vibrations through our minds too. .

With the right influences (such as Harmony qigong moving meditations) we can change our vibrations and ecosystems to create self-healing energy elixirs that smooth the tensions and stresses we feel, to soften our tightness and create flow and peace.  It’s not about fighting the stressful feelings it’s about learning to be aware of them, accept them and flowing with them, this allows them to move and unhindered through us without becoming stuck and tight.

Through these more positive frequencies we can attract nourishing energies into our smaller eco systems and fuel them to work better and likewise when they start to work optimally they produce increasing amounts of nourishing energies flowing back up and out. That’s when we start to feel good, exude health and wellness and people feel better around us. We have a positive effect back out into our world and outer environment.

That’s what my programmes explain. By being mindful of our energies we can help reduce our FERTILITY STRESS and anxieties just by simply letting them flow.

With some qigong and heart-mindfulness practices we can help our energy flow smoothly, we will feel more at peace, think more peaceful thoughts and when we are riding the frequency of calm both inwards and outwards, we are receiving these glorious vibrations too.

Why don’t you start journaling your world as energy, vibrations and frequencies. Perhaps answering the following questions:-

How are you feeling today?

How is what you are feeling and thinking effecting your eco systems?

What is influencing your energy positively?

What is influencing your energy negatively?

What are you noticing differently now you know the world is just energy?
